Once the online application has been completed, applicants must submit the online application form with the required documents at the nearest BLS Center or the Embassy of India Kuwait CPV Centre to process the passport renewal.

A passport in India is reissued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of address
  • Exhaustion of visa pages
